My child forgot their password. How do I reset it?+

In the parent dashboard, tap the child's name → Reset sign-in. We send a one-tap magic link to your email — no typed passwords needed. Children under 13 never set their own password on Spellimus.

Can I change my child's year group mid-term?+

Any time, from Settings → Child profile. The engine re-baselines over the next session. Words they've already mastered stay mastered.

Why isn't audio playing?+

Nine times out of ten: the iPad silent switch is on, or the device volume is set to zero. Check both, then force-quit and reopen. Still stuck? Tap the headphones icon in the app for a diagnostic.

Can I pause while we're on holiday?+

Yes — for up to 8 weeks a year. Billing → Pause. Streaks are preserved, notifications muted, and nothing is billed while paused.

Our school uses Wonde. Does that integrate?+

Yes, on the School and Multi-academy plans. Ask your admin to enable Wonde, then Spellimus syncs rosters nightly — no CSV imports needed.
